My experience and accomplishments are extensive with particular emphasis on strategic marketing, brand development, direct-to-consumer experiential marketing, direct mail campaigns, large-scale corporate event planning, concert production,media buying and public/media relations.

 

Building relationships with key clients is more than performing when asked. I don’t just work for my clients such as Wrangler, Copenhagen Tobacco and La-Z-Boy Furniture. I treat their companies and their brands as if I own them.

Jessilyn has proven experience in corporate communications, investor relations, media relations, event management, and fund development.

 

Clients appreciate and have come to depend on Jessilyn's no-nonsense approach to identifying the goals of each client and her tenacious ability to pull together whatever is necessary to achieve those goals, even when others might say they’re impossible.  That’s when Jess has the most fun: proving them wrong!

 

Her Bachelor of Communications Degree from Mount Royal University may be her formal education, but it’s the hands-on lessons she’s learned working with her clients – in industries including hospitality, lifestyle, technology, energy, mining and not-for-profit – that have proven most valuable.

 

Helping clients meet their goals is satisfying, but if you ask Jessilyn where she finds her greatest satisfaction, she’ll quietly admit it’s when she’s helping to improve her community. She's a dedicated volunteer including serving as a member of the Calgary Stampede Innovations Committee, the Kinette Club of Calgary, the Making Changes Association and Community Key.

Randy joined the DELTA team in 2005 following a successful career in retail management.

 

From Winnipeg to Vancouver, Randy logs thousands of miles as he manages our Experiential Marketing operations at large scale events including the Grey Cup Festival, Calgary Stampede, the country's largest music festivals, rodeos and tradeshows.

 

Randy combines his ability to anticipate and prevent problems before they can present themselves with his ability to  remain calm under pressure.  It's a great combination.

 

When not working, Randy likes to dance.  And he's very good at it.  He should be; he spent many years competing in international ballroom dance competitions and instructing others.
